Britt is an LPC Candidate, working towards her licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been working with children, adolescents and families for 10 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2010. She attended Adler Graduate School where she earned a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychotherapy with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019.

Britt has worked with individuals and families within a variety of settings including in-home individual and family services, school based services, center based services, and in outpatient office settings. Her areas of expertise include children. adolescents and families impacted by autism-spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, effective communication, development of healthy relationships, and behavioral disorders. Britt is committed to providing empathy, compassion and support for her clients. She believes in an individualized approach, developing goals specific to each client and helping them feel that empowerment to meet those goals.

Britt is married and has one dog. In her free time she enjoys traveling, coaching, staying active, watching sports, reading and spending time with family and friends.
