Meet our Team
Tim has been working with children, adolescents and families for over 30 years. He received his Master’s degree at Fuller Theological Seminary in California and his marriage and family therapist license in 2000. Tim has been in private practice since 2010 and since 2012 has enjoyed working with youth at Prairie Lakes Youth Programs in Willmar.
Molly Swenson is a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Molly has provided services with individuals and families through in-home family services, school based mental health services, day treatment group therapy, and in the outpatient office setting.
Brenda's social work experience includes Intensive In-Home Family Therapy, Hospice, Grief Counseling, independent practice, and social work supervision. As a clinician she believes that one of the most important components of therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. Brenda will provide a warm, safe, supportive, and confidential environment through the use of a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques focused on each client's individual needs.
Merica Overcash, MA/AT
Merica provides services for families of individuals dealing with special needs, Veterans and their families (PTSD), individuals with chronic illness and families coping with grief, loss and transition.
Merica is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and confidential environment for her clients. She continues to combine her knowledge, skills and training to effectively provide treatment to diverse populations with a variety of goals and treatment needs.
Kristy has provided services with individuals and families through in-home family services, school based mental health services, day treatment group therapy, partial hospitalization, and in the outpatient office setting. Kristy is committed to providing an encouraging environment for her clients. Her passion is to help others discover their self-worth, build healthy relationships, and live healthy and fulfilling lives.
Kelly believes in creating a safe, trusting relationship as a cornerstone for therapy. Her approach is individualized to each unique situation and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques as well as humor, play, and creativity to achieve improved emotional well-being and life functioning.
Alisa believes in a holistic approach to therapy where there is an integration of the mind, body, and spirit. She approaches therapy with a combination of compassion and empathy, knowing that each individual is a combination of their experiences, thoughts, and habits. She helps her clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they contribute to their current functioning and can provide a better quality of life.
Britt is committed to providing empathy, compassion and support for her clients. She believes in an individualized approach, developing goals specific to each client and helping them feel that empowerment to meet those goals.
