Tim has been working with children, adolescents and families in the Willmar and surrounding community for over 28 years. Tim's therapy approach is based on common sense, mutual respect, impartiality, and humor. His hope is that anyone who meets with him will sense the passion that he has in helping others accomplish the goals for their life.

Alisa believes in a holistic approach to therapy where there is an integration of the mind, body, and spirit. She approaches therapy with a combination of compassion and empathy, knowing that each individual is a combination of their experiences, thoughts, and habits. She helps her clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they contribute to their current functioning and can provide a better quality of life.

Anna is passionate about helping others. She uses empathy, genuineness, humor, and nonjudgmental techniques so the client can experience full acceptance, openness, and unconditional positive regard. As a counselor, she believes her role allows the client space to discover what makes them unique.
