Community Outreach Counseling

Payment:

You must have a credit, debit or HSA card on file before your first appointment. Your card will automatically be charged your co-pay or deductible following remittance from your insurance company.

 

Same Day Cash Pay Rate:

$180 Initial Diagnostic Assessment

$140 Follow-up Individual Session

$150 Couple/Marriage Therapy Session

 

Your invoice and/or billing information will be sent to you via email unless you request it be sent by mail.
