Molly Swenson is a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Gustavus Adolphus College and Master of Arts degree from Adler Graduate School with an emphasis in Counseling Psychotherapy.
Molly has provided services with individuals and families through in-home family services, school based mental health services, day treatment group therapy, and in the outpatient office setting. Her areas of specialty include abuse and trauma, children of divorce/ blended families, foster care/residential setting of children/adolescents, adoption, teenage parents/teenage social issues, self esteem and healthy relationships, transitions and life adjustments, oppositional behaviors, anxiety, and/or depression.
Molly is committed to providing compassionate support and encouragement for her clients; her goal is to empower her clients and assist them in finding higher self worth, balance, security, and strength within themselves and their relationships.
Molly is married and the mother of one daughter. In their free time, Molly and her family enjoy many activities year round including boating, water skiing, golf, yard work, down hill skiing, traveling, and attending numerous sporting events.
